Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with AARON HEINE Electronics. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We do our best to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* These are only estimated delivery times. We have no control over how quickly your package gets delivered to you, therefore these times are not guaranteed.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, AARON HEINE Electronics will ship your order with the carrier of our choice (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc…). Please let us know if your address does not receive packages from specific carriers. On orders totalling $500 or more, a signature required upon delivery will be added (no charge to the customer) to ensure orders are received by the intended party.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to APO/FPO addresses

AARON HEINE Electronics ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using the calculated shipping at checkout. USPS First Class and Priority options are available to choose from.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

AARON HEINE Electronics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If products are damaged upon arrival due to mishandling during the shipping process, please contact AARON HEINE Electronics. Please document and photograph the damage to all packaging material and items, then include these in your email to us. We will work with you to get a replacement sent ASAP, if necessary. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before emailing us.

International Shipping Policy

We will currently ship internationally to all countries the US Federal Government allows. As of 01/25/2025, we are not allowed to ship to: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and parts of Ukraine.

International Shipping is offered with calculated shipping at checkout. Please expect delays and allow time for orders to process through customs. Customers are responsible for all taxes/tariffs/fees accumulated (if any) during the shipping process.

If you are unsure if your area is allowed to receive shipment from us, please contact AARON HEINE Electronics PRIOR to ordering. We will do our best to check the most current shipping regulations and get back to you ASAP.

Returns Policy

We’re sorry if your purchase did not meet your needs. Please read below before initiating your return.

If you are unhappy with your product, please reach out to us. Products eligible for a return must be unmodified and/or unused in original packaging. We are here to help you complete a return for any of the following reasons within 30 days of purchase direct from our website, AARON HEINE Electronics:

1.      Unhappy with product

2.      Product damaged in transit

3.      Incorrect item was received; or there is an issue related to a manufacturer error

Notice: If the product(s) was purchased over 30 days ago or has been modified, soldered, damaged, installed, or the original state of the product has been altered in any way or form, AARON HEINE Electronics reserves the right to deny the return. We will review the possibility of a return (post 30-day purchase) on a case-by-case basis. We want to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, and will work with you to resolve any issues. 

Return Shipping:

AARON HEINE Electronics will pay for return shipping if:

1.      The damage is found to be related to a manufacturer error

2.      Incorrect product was received

Any reasons not listed above for a return(s), customers will be responsible for return shipping.

For best service and lowest risk of loss/damage to your return, we suggest that it is sent via a trackable shipping method. Lost packages that are sent via non tracked methods are not guaranteed to be eligible for return. We also suggest using a box or reinforced padded envelope at a minimum.
